Engagement rates across the organization had stalled below 60 percent, signaling the need for a more compelling employee experience.
At the same time, the workforce lacked clear visibility into future career trajectories, undermining long-term motivation and development.


My design approach was anchored by a clear set of goals focused on usability, coherence, and speed. Each principle translated into concrete decisions that shaped every pixel and interaction.
Clarity – stripped-down layouts and clear hierarchies keep the next action obvious.
Consistency – token-based components ensure brand alignment across web and mobile.
Accessibility – WCAG AA contrast and full keyboard support baked into every element.
Velocity – reusable patterns and auto-layout rules cut design-to-dev handoff time by 40 percent.
